After retiring from the City of Farmington in 1995 with 25 years of service, David R. Russell started Russell Surveying. For the next 10 years, this company would primarily emphasize its services toward boundary, subdivision and topographic surveys. As President he is involved in all decisions that impact the company financially including buying equipment, hiring employees, bids/quotes, paying company liabilities, etc. Randy Russell is our project manager for our gas and oil pipeline surveying services.
